License To Kart

Parents please note, all children from 8-to-12 MUST complete our driver assessment programme, after this is completed your child will be allowed to drive with you any time or in a party invitation.   The cost is £5 per child, this include up to 20 minutes of instruction and a large period of driving.  Please ring to check availability 01733 333 777

Sessions run every Wednesday at 4:30pm

We have an age restriction which needs to be maintained, the minimum age to drive one of our karts being 8 years old. With this, height is also very important and a minimum height of 122cm is required.

Motor sports can be dangerous and, for this reason, every care is being taken to ensure that everyone that drives at Peterborough Raceway up to the age of 12 MUST complete one of our LTK (License To Kart) days.

Once you have completed this you will be free to book and drive as much as you like. 

The LTK day is structured to give you the confidence to enjoy this sport more.

• How to wear a helmet

• Then comes the fun part..

• Practice Session of driving

The tests are designed to show that you have the necessary skills to drive with CONFIDENCE.

The cost for this is £5 per child

You will receive a License To Kart Membership Card (LTK).
